Mindfulness workshop - Discover some mindfulness techniques that can help with self-regulation, forming friendships and decrease anxiety.

Creative Arts Workshop - Listen to a visualisation story and spend time working on an artistic reflection of the story. This workshop gives children the opportunity to work on self-esteem and self-reflection. It also helps with respecting and accepting others.
